"I have been insured with State Farm since 2020, specifically through Argel’s office. My premium recently increased by $52, and when I contacted the office, the representative explained that it was due to my policy renewal. Nothing on my policy has changed, and there have been no accidents, tickets, or other updates that would justify the increase.

What disappointed me most was that, rather than reviewing my policy in detail or trying to help me understand the increase, the representative immediately focused on switching coverages around to lower the premium. This seems to be a recurring approach. The last time my rate increased, I was encouraged to purchase a life insurance policy in order to qualify for a better rate.

As a long-time customer, I expected a more transparent and customer-focused experience. I understand that rates can change, but I would appreciate clearer communication about why my premium increased and a genuine effort to help existing customers before attempting to sell additional products."
